Bruzer

Hi there, I’m Bruzer! I’m a handsome 5 year old Chihuahua / Min Pin cross. I am neutered, micro chipped and up to date on all my shots. I weigh about 11 pounds, I’m a bit chubby but am working on that with my foster mom – she gives me healthy food and lots of exercise. There aren’t any other fosters living here, but there are lots of doggies in the neighborhood and I get along with all of them. I’ve never lived with small kids but because I’m small myself, I might be best in an adult home.

My last family said I marked in the house. There were other pets in the house though and since I like the attention to be on me, marking may have been my way of getting it. Whatever the case may be, I’m the only doggy here and I get lots of attention from my foster parents and they take me out regularly and I’ve never had any accidents. They play games with me, my favorite being get-the-squeaky-toy. I also love to go for walks, running in the snow is a blast, but just being outside is so interesting and so much fun, I’m always excited to go. But above all, I love to cuddle and sleep on your lap, it’s my favorite thing. I sleep quietly in my crate at night and when no one is home. I’m working hard on my manners. I get so excited at things like going outside to play, or eating dinner, I like to bounce all around my foster mom. But I’ve learned patience is key and I must sit before the door is opened, before my leash goes on, and before my dinner is put down. It’s tough but I’m doing great with it and I’m proud of myself for that. I don’t bark much and am used to being in a condo building.
